France is a destination of choice for international MBA students (the second in Europe after UK).
Learning French is not a requirement for enrolling in a MBA as almost all internationally accredited programs in France are offered in English.
Not only it is home of top-ranked INSEAD and HEC Paris, France has the most business schools with triple accreditation (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) after UK with well-ranked business schools such as EmLyon or Grenoble Ecole de Management.
In order to stay competitive in the national and international arena, French business schools have undertaken initiatives with:
Paris is a strategic place for recruiting students. Some of the top French business schools are located in the Île de France: HEC Paris, ESSEC ESCP Europe, Insead...ESSEC even gets closer to Paris by offering executive programs in La Défense, the largest business district in Europe. Schools such as Audencia based in Nantes, Neoma Business School in Rouen and Reims, Kedge Business School in Bordeaux and Marseille offer MBA programs in the capitol of France.
Though most MBA programs are concentrated in the Paris area, other places offer interesting perspectives for studying. You can study Wine Business in Bordeaux, Aerospace and Aviation in Toulouse or Global Business in the French Riviera. Grenoble offers a natural environment near the French Alps where you can enjoy skiing or snowboarding. The city was named the best place in France for studying by French magazine l'Etudiant.
Graduates may have the opportunity to work for companies of the world's fifth-largest economy and CAC 40 corporations in key industries such as luxury and brand management (LVMH), finance (BNP Paribas), insurance (AXA), retail (Carrefour), cosmetics (L'Oréal), energy (EDF, Engie, Total, Air Liquide), automotive (Renault, PSA), telecom (Orange), food (Danone), aerospace (EADS) or spirits (Pernod Ricard).
